The Designer High Voltage (HV) service is responsible for the design of the HV installations. He prepares the plans and documents during the preliminary study and the study phase for the realization of new HV installations, and the adaptation, expansion or replacement of existing HV installations.
This service mainly includes the following tasks:
Performing preliminary studies in collaboration with the Project Leader
Preparation of the implantation plans for the permit application files
Compiling the safety file and submitting it to the prevention advisor for checking
Preparation of implementation plans (location plans, equipment plans, plans of necessary steel structures, etc.)
Preparation of the associated plan lists, lists of steel structures, terminal lists, etc.
Checking the coherence of the construction files with your own HV study
Ensuring the coherence of the own study HV with the related studies CW, LA&S and SecSys
Ad-hoc support for the Project Leader during implementation work
The design of the installations is based on the existing harmonization and takes into account the applicable ergonomic and safety rules. The design is done in 3D using Microstation as a design tool. In its design, the HV service designer also integrates the needs of adjacent disciplines such as Powerlinks for the line and cable arrivals in the substation concerned, engineering for the buildings, foundations and site design aspects, etc.
Bachelor's in electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechanics or engineering….
Perfect command of Dutch and / or French, good knowledge of the 2nd national language and basic knowledge of English, willingness to develop further.
Knowledge of Microstation v8i and MS-Office package
