We welcome you to join us in the challenges of marrying geoscience, computer science, data science and UX design to develop the next generation digital solutions for the O&G industry to power the earth in the most economical and ecological way!

As a software engineer intern, you will work in an autonomous squad with domain, quality assurance and software engineer experts. We develop today a Graphical Desktop application in C# and C++ that run complex engines in the background that can take hours to run.

We would like to externalize these engines to a cloud solution and evaluate results with different technical solutions. So instead of running local algorithms, the software will call "online" services. The existing software will be able to call these cloud engines by sending data and retrieving results in the main application.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract existing C++ engines into Docker containers
  • Write .Net Core services to consume C++ engines
  • Create a bridge between existing software and externalized engines
  • Refactor data management and algorithms processing

Qualifications:

Good knowledge on C++, .Net Core, C#, Docker, Scripts (bash)
Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment
Excellent English communication skills/French language is a plus
Passionate in programming and learning new programming skills
