PRPLLC provides expert resources to fill the demanding requirements for outsourced project and construction management solutions on behalf of corporate client project management organizations within the public and private sectors.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Scheduler with at least 2 years of P6 application experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop project schedules.
  • Generate reports.
  • Update project schedules on a weekly or as needed basis.
  • Lead schedule review sessions.
  • Review and verify all project related scheduling information.
  • With Project Teams.
  • Provide support to project teams.
  • Prepare a Schedule Summary Reports.
  • Ensure all projects include a BASELINE.
  • Provide scheduling assistance and education to project team members.
  • Review, monitor and advise on the accuracy of assigned schedules.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all department, employees, clients, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Participate in lessons learned process.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proficiency within scheduling program Primavera P6.
  • Experience with monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules.
  • Skills in reviewing schedules including identifying, analyzing, and solving schedule related issues.
  • Highly analytical.

Required Education and Experience:

4 Years Degree form Accredited University, BS or BA Degree in Construction or Engineering preferred, 2-years scheduling experience in large scale infrastructure projects preferred.

Work Environment:

General office environment with occasional travel to job sites.

Ability to work at the desk for extended periods of time.

Physical Requirements:

Visual and manual dexterity for computer work. Requires driving, walking, climbing and sitting. Must be able to safely maneuver through active project sites.

Requires the ability to lift.
