  • Optimale Leitung des Area Manager Gebietes unter Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben
  • Führung, Motivation und betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung der Pächter
  • Kontaktpflege zu Steuerberatern, Banken, Kooperationspartnern und Behörden
  • Sicherstellung der Finanzierung der einzelnen Unternehmer
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Service Standards sowie Überwachung der konsequenten Umsetzung der Marketing-, Verkaufs- und Pricingvorgaben
  • Planung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Mengen und des Umsatzes
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und dem Wechsel von Service Stationsunternehmern



  • Umfassende Branchen- und Marktkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office Produkten, SAP R/3
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fahrtüchtigkeit nach G25
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit



  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken

For our area "Retail Business" we are looking for a Service Station Area Manager (m/f/d) within the department "Sales" for the area Frankfurt / Hessen.

The key responsibilities are:





  • Management of the allocated area in compliance with budget targets
  • Leadership, motivation and business consulting for the service stations operators
  • Managing contact with tax consultants, banks, cooperation partners and authorities
  • Securing the financing of individual entrepreneurs
  • Verification of compliance with service standards and monitoring of the consistent implementation of marketing, sales and pricing requirements
  • Planning, monitoring and ensuring that quantities and turnover are achieved
  • Participating in the selection and exchange of service station contractors







  • Comprehensive industry and market knowledge
  • Safe handling of all MS-Office products, SAP R/3
  • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Driving ability according to G25
  • Willingness to travel







  • Completed studies in business administration and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a high level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
