Responsible for all product launches in Indonesia keeping in view the pricing and competition footprint in the respective countries
Development of product brochures to enhance the product line in Indonesia. This brochure will vary from region to region depending on the customer and market demands
Various data analysis of Indonesia and its trends, crunching the data and making recommendations based on facts and sound judgement. Competition and market intelligence report is a core responsibility of this role.
Once the product is finalized how to rollout the product in the market through various marketing techniques
Liaison with the factory and ASEAN teams and be the sole touch point for product ordering and meeting timelines for delivery in Indonesia.
Integrate the distributor operations and processes into one structured and organization

Owning the success metrics for supply growth and operational SLAs, business targets, and financial performance of Company throughout the region.
Collecting and reporting on regional performance data, with a particular emphasis on trend identification and actionable insights
Working with Country Director, City Teams, Regional Teams, Facilities, and other stakeholders to manage headcount, budget and space planning
Maintain consistency of operational efficiency and customer/distributor experience through every channel (in-person, in-app, phone etc.) and at every distributor Location in your region.
Minimum 8 years of Operational leadership experience. Proven track record of excellent people management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively develop people to their highest levels of performance, and guide your teams through challenging managerial situations
Leading by example with experience empowering a team to execute under pressure and tight deadlines
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. Ability to use excel, analyze in excel and present findings or reports from the data task, working with excel data, cutting data, pivot tables and graphical chart presentations is a must
Strong planning and organizational skills; attention to detail with Ability to act as an evangelist for change and believe and 'own' the new Distribution planning, top to bottom.
Mapping processes and executing change, including finding solutions to measure success. Ability to keep, update and maintain a distribution and segment roadmap across channels
Ability to identify opportunities and market gaps, ability to develop channel program and projects to address those opportunities
Goal Oriented and focus on execution
Ability to negotiate, manage budgets and draw up commercial terms and solutions
Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required.
