CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Location: DBN PWM EPCIC premises.
Complex operational interfaces with others entities of COMPANY in a major and large brownfield offshore environment. Mature installations with significant integrity issues.
Position located onshore on a resident basis, with possible mission to project premises (onshore/offshore/in the country/outside the country). Residential status - Standard office hours, 5 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Graduate / diploma in Mechanical or Welding Engineering. Large and proven experience in Oil and Gas EPCIC project. Jacket/Top site fabrication and offshore works experience is recommended. Acquaintance with ISO 900x, ASTM, ASME/API, AWS, British Standards, NACE and have a minimum of level II in RT, UT, MT, PT, good knowledge in PWHT, hold valid CSWIP Level 3.2.2 certificate or equivalent, valid B'GAS-CSWIP Grade 2 or equivalent and, experience in conducting QMS audits. Minimum global Professional experience of 10 years and 5 years on similar activities at equivalent position. Knowledge of international QA/QC standards, legislation, codes of practice, etc., audit/inspection techniques and procedures. Appropriate formal Offshore training courses (T-BOSIET, H2S). Good computer skill and ability to use relevant software. Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment. Proficient in English, good leadership and communication skill.
