Rotational role - 30x28 days

" To manage and administer the computerised maintenance management system - CMMS to facilitate all maintenance activities across the plant and well sites. Review plans from other disciplines and departments and to include in integrated plan. Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately. Develop work packages to be executed by maintenance teams.
" Responsible for planning and scheduling work orders for all maintenance disciplines and in coordination with other departments for corrective and planned maintenance production and modification activities while accounting for safety, health and environmental factors, reliability, and cost.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
" Manages Maintenance planning department to ensure effective Maintenance as required to ensure plant availability at Maximum to allow Operational targets, (Gas and Liquid), to be achieved.
" Ensures accurate administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
" Ensure all maintenance of safety critical equipment is in compliance and initiates the deferral process when not
" Liaises and co-operates with other heads of departments, ensuring awareness of schedule & ongoing maintenance activities.
" Takes planned and unplanned maintenance work and schedules to make maximum use of resource capacity, aligning with operational outage windows
" Maintains a schedule break-in process ensuring that all deviations to the agreed schedule are identified, reported and approve as appropriate.
" Manages planning & scheduling of all CBM / RBI maintenance activities.
" Participates in the effective monitoring, audit and review of management systems and procedures, and contributes to their further development and continuous improvement.
" Manages through detail planning, preparation and reporting, the execution of both PM and Corrective Maintenance works in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
" Maintains facilities equipment and associated documentation in accordance with prescribed PM schedules.
" Participates where required, in the investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents.
" Participates in root cause failure analysis where required.
" Plans, coordinates and executes shutdown programs in coordination with the Senior Planning Engineer
" Review KPIs and work order feedback forms to improve the SAP Process
" Minimise any rework by ensuring quality work order data
" Ensures the effective achievement of maintenance department KPI objectives through accurate efficient planning activities
" Maintains excellent working relationships with all staff.
" Identifies areas for improving facilities on a continuous basis in order to increase the equipment availability and productivity.

Decision-making Authority
" Decide individual CAP activity execution schedules to achieve an integrated schedule that is deliverable within Area constraints.
" Decide what schedule buffers should be built in between activities.
" Recommend which activity to execute when the full activity set exceeds Area constraints.
" Agree on all Area changes made in Primavera.
" Recommend on development of Area Schedulers and Site Schedulers.
" Recommend on schedule deliverability/approval.
" Recommend individual activity execution schedules to achieve an integrated schedule that is deliverable within Area constraints.
" Recommend how to resolve cross-functional Business Plan Element and activity conflicts.
" Recommend when issues should be escalated.
" Agree on training materials relating to Area scheduling processes and tools.
" Recommend on the development of LN Planning/Scheduling Personnel

Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required
" Technical qualification or equivalent with extensive operations or maintenance experience and knowledge in oil and gas industry.

Minimum Professional Experience Required
" Minimum of 10 years' experience in Oil and Gas, to include using software packages including MS Word, Excel, SAP and Primavera
