Für unsere Organisationseinheit "Human resources suchen wir im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeplanung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in HR Administration/Payroll (m/w/d)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter in steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Monatliche Validierung der Gehalts- und Pensionsabrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Dienstleister
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Auswertungen, wie Ermittlung von Personalkosten für Budget und Forecasts und der Personalkennzahlen für Rückstellungen und Ermittlung von Daten für Berufsgenossenschaft und Pensionssicherungsverein
  • Berechnung von Firmenpensionen sowie Aufbereiten von versicherungsmathematischen Daten für einen externen Dienstleister zur Erstellung der Pensions- und Jubiläumsgutachten
  • Betreuung von Entsendungen - sowohl national als auch international

Anforderungen :

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise mit der Abrechnungssoftware LOGA
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicheres Beherrschen aller MS-Office Produkte, insbesondere Excel sowie SAP und LOGA
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

We are currently recruiting an employee HR Administration for our Human Resources Department as part of a succession plan.

The key responsibilities are :

  • Supporting and advising employees in tax and social security matters
  • Monthly validation of salary and pension statements in cooperation with an external service provider
  • Preparing regular evaluations, such as determining personnel costs for the budget and forecasts and the key personnel figures for provisions and determining data for the Employer's Liability Insurance Association and Pension Insurance Association
  • Calculating company pensions and preparing actuarial data for external service providers for the preparation of pension and anniversary reports
  • Monitoring of postings - both national and international


  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with the accounting software LOGA
  • Profound knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Secure control of all MS-Office products, especially Excel as well as SAP and LOGA
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • Completed studies or commercial training
