Leap29 is recruiting for an experienced Lead Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer to be based in the Dutch region of Schiedam. The client Leap29 is working with is a global EPCM firm situated in not just the Netherlands but multiple locations across Europe with projects spanning across the oil & gas and petrochemicals industries, food & beverage works and pharmaceutical projects alike.
My client is looking for a Lead to join their team in the New Year ready for the 2020 pipeline. As a member of the I&C team, your work in Schiedam will primarily be focused within the bio-chemicals sector working across predominantly small to medium sized projects. You must be experienced across all phases of the project lifecycle, have previous lead engineer experience with a focus of managing design teams of over 5 engineers and ideally be fluently Dutch speaking.
For this role engineers in the Netherlands only will be considered and you must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands. Dutch fluency is highly favoured.
- You must have a valid VCA/VOL certificate or have an existing one renewed if out of date
- Have experience with petrochemicals, relevant oil & gas experience, pharmaceuticals or food & beverage FMCG works
- Dutch speakers preferred
- Must be in the Netherlands
- 10+ years' experience
- experience in managing instrument/electrical disciplines of 5+ engineers
