Recruiting for Lead Process Engineers with experience in Ammonia Urea or hydrogen experience for a Major Oil & Gas Engineering company based in South East

As the Lead Process Engineer (Industrial Gases), You Will Have the Following Education, Skills and Experience
" A Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably in chemical engineering)
" Be preferably a Chartered Engineer with the relevant institution
" Have significant experience in leading process plant design (engineering experience in high temperature process gas plants and/or combustion processes is preferred)
" Have a strong understanding of thermodynamics and be able to adapt knowledge to new applications
" Be motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills
" Have experience of working as an owner's engineer.
" Have experience of leading a variety of projects and managing the work within budgeted hours and to schedule
" Be experienced in supervising less experienced engineers
" Possess a balanced multi-discipline understanding in process engineering, DCS/PLC controls (process controls knowledge), Process Safety and equipment/plant design.
" Operations support experience, including plant trouble-shooting experience is beneficial.
" Can make balanced decisions weighing operability, reliability, capital costs and operating costs
