We are currently recruiting an Accountant Payable and Asset (m/f/d) for our Finance unit Accounting, Finance and Control.

The key responsibilities are :

Payable accounting:

  • Digitalizing incoming invoices including forwarding to the relevant departments for account assignment, release and reminder in case of late returns
  • Posting of invoices as well as clarification of discrepancies
  • Maintening of vendor master data and the corresponding current accounts. If necessary, processing account reconciliations and balance confirmations
  • Processing vendor dunning notices
  • Processing of daily/weekly payments including their bookkeeping

Asset accounting:

  • Accounting management of additions, disposals and transfers within fixed assets, including the management of assets under construction and their capitalization after project completion
  • Maintening (creation, change, blocking) of asset master records


  • Several years of professional experience
  • Secure control of all MS-Office products, SAP
  • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian an advantage


  • Commercial training with focus on accounting
  • Team spirit
  • Accuracy

Für unsere Abteilung "Accounting, Finance and Control suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:


  • Digitalisierung der Eingangsrechnungen inkl. Weiterleitung an die betroffenen Fachabteilungen zur Kontierung, Freistellung und Anmahnung bei verspätetem Rücklauf
  • Einbuchung von Rechnungen sowie Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten
  • Pflege der Kreditorenstammdaten und der entsprechenden Kontokorrente. Fallweise sind Kontenabstimmungen und Saldenbestätigungen zu bearbeiten.
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnungen von Lieferanten
  • Abwicklung der täglichen/wöchentlichen Zahlungen inkl. deren buchtechnische Verarbeitung


  • Buchhalterische Verwaltung von Zugängen, Abgängen und Umbuchungen innerhalb des Anlagevermögens inkl. die Verwaltung von Anlagen im Bau und deren Aktivierung nach Projektfertigstellung
  • Pflege (Anlage, Änderung, Sperrung) der Anlagenstammsätze


  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sicheres Beherrschen aller MS-Office Produkte, SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse; Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil


  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Genauigkeit
