Essential Responsibilities:

Lines accounting policies across the Region Monitoring and resolution of unreconciled items for the Product Company. Perform quarterly BS reviews. Analyze the reasonability of the

Reports numbers at consolidated level. Ensure timely and quality of close out process. Actively looks for alignment and efficiency of processes. Identifies opportunities to integrate legacy GE O&G and legacy BHI structure and processes within the Region. Actively participates in strengthening of Internal Controls across the region. Ensure adherence to BHGE policies across the region. Interacts with GFC as to ensure quality and timely of reporting. Collaborate with Regional FP&A/CFO and support as needed. Support LATAM BHGE Controller and OFS Global Controller on special projects as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading mid-sized groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.


Desired Characteristics:
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or equivalent. Relevant professional certification such as CPA, CA, local equivalent or MBA in Finance preferable.
  • 10+ years of finance experience preferably in Oil &Gas field services industry, including 4+ years in management experience
  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in a Big 4 audit firm
  • Fluent in English
