Responsible for the LOB EHS
Responsible for LOB OPEX & CAPEX, keep the expense below the allocated budget.
Coordinate the raw material purchase.
Monitor raw material consumption inventory for LOB, notify PQ Assistant to replenish inventory, and keep operation record accurately & completely.
Responsible for the sample shipment, nominated freight forwarder to ship the requested samples to customers in a timely manner.
Schedules daily LOB production runs according to requirement and adjusts as needed
Lead and coordinate raw material preparation for daily blending operation, including the pre-heating.
Responsible for blending of D&I (Detergent & Inhibitor) package, XA (Experimental Additive), and Lubricant Oil, as per formulation and instruction from PQ Assistant and LOB Technician.
Responsible for dissolving VII as per instruction.
Responsible for filling the products as required by PQ Assistant
Perform the blending correction according to the guideline from LOB technician and P&T team.
Responsible for management of empty package.
Perform decanting and repack work as required.
Take part in the Plant LOB commissioning and start-up, including the procedure and testing plan.
Comply with WI & Procedure to provide the qualified products to customers.
Timely report any quality and safety related NLI (Near Loss Incident) & LI (Loss Incident) happened in LOB area
Take part in MOC (Management of Change) and enhance the production's reliability and flexibility.
Develop and maintain LOB operation Manual and other related documents updating.
Maintain and trouble shoot LOB blending equipment.
Responsible for calibration of Loading cell and scale weight in LOB.
Work with maintenance to perform routine PM tasks.
Do site-preparation and installation of new Drum or Kettle Box.
Practice High Performance Organization concepts at work.
Housekeeping keeps LOB work area clean & free from safety hazard & potential environmental threat as "5S" requested
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University with more than 3 years of experience in analytical testing of an Oil/ Petroleum/ Petrochemical or Lubricant Additives Manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge on LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), SAP, familiar with Lubricant Oil testing equipment and method, good at verbal and written in English are plus and have added advantage.
• Good at Microsoft Office Software operation
• Able to work in a cross-functional environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
