Plans, designs, delivers, and evaluates learning and development programs.
  • Deliver employees training and certification programs for effective execution of sales development, business processes and customer focused delivery.
  • Perform organization capability programs for distributors and their employees covering product knowledge, product applications preventive maintenance surveys, and professional selling skills. These are training programs for Sales/ Marketing and Sales Representatives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to develop Territory Managers.
  • Provide training in conjunction with orientation and training for newly appointed sales representatives.
  • Perform organization capability programs for distributors and their employees covering product knowledge, product applications preventive maintenance surveys, and professional selling skills. These are training programs and also facilitate and coaching for for Sales/ Marketing and Sales Representatives
  • Performs field follow-up with previously trained sales / marketing representatives, distributors and personnel to measure effectiveness of training including on-the-job application, and obtain feedback to recommend any needed program changes.
  • Observe on-the-job practices and coach trainees in the principles taught.
  • Leverage global capability resources to deliver special programs as directed to achieve specific sales objectives. Goals as identified by field districts including new product roll out.
  • Provide counsel and assistance on training matters, anticipates future training needs, researches and recommends revisions in content and maintenance of training materials, aids/ facilities, equipment/ courses.
  • Provide consultation and support to management in facilitating various conferences, seminars and sales meetings.
  • Champion Loss Prevention System (LPS) for Vietnam GL Sales, and establish LPS culture within Vietnam sales business, coordinate with Operational Excellence (OE) regional team to ensure LPS process in Vietnam Sales organization run in accordance to LPS requirements and meet regional metrics.
  • Perform Health Environment and Safety (HES) coordinator role to be an RSIP and RSI Guard Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist other business unit in Vietnam team on the subject.
  • Lead Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Country Crisis Management Plan by coordinating with local business unit and regional resource to update sales and country BCP and emergency response plan within the recommended timeline of the region.
