This position entails direct responsibility for leading the national sales effort of the lubricant product portfolio for Chevron Sri Lanka in a managerial capacity.
- Assist in the development of and execution of the Sales & Distribution Strategy of the Indirect Channel of the organization to achieve profitable growth targets set in Business Plans.

-Be responsible for identified geographic segments by directly supervising indirect channel Finished Lubricants Sales Representatives (FLSR) to ensure greater focus in KPIs such as achievement of volume, NOI & market share targets, distribution coverage, distributor management & control over competitive position.

-Effective Management of Channel Partners

- Ensure achievement of Capital Stewardship goals for indirect sales team in the areas of credit management, effective use deferred marketing and Sales OPEX.

-Arranging customer education and technical knowledge programs to further reinforce our position as Technology leader among key channel partners and also to build relationships with key customers

-Spearheading the roll out & effective adoption of systems such as Demand Planning, Sales and Operation Process, MOS and across the sales team.

-Ensuring achievement of Operational Excellence goals for Indirect sales team particularly in Loss Prevention System (LMS), Motor Vehicle Safety (MVS), Corporate Compliance and Deferred Marketing contracts.

-Enhance capability of Indirect Channel team members through training & development covering skill development as well as personal growth.
