Position Description:
This attorney will provide commercially oriented legal advice to Saudi Aramco's wholly-owned subsidiary Aramco Trading Company (ATC), the Middle East's premier trading company for refined petroleum products, and the largest shipper in the region. ATC is the global integrated platform for Saudi Aramco's downstream assets, as well as for its international partners, and is a key player in the region supplying Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

As counsel to one of the largest trading organizations in the region, this lawyer will provide a broad range of general corporate support including all related commodity transactions, governance, litigation, compliance, risk management, environmental, human resources, and technology. The lawyer will work closely with Saudi Aramco lawyers in Dhahran and those supporting Aramco Trading Singapore, Aramco Trading London and Aramco Trading Fujairah.

Saudi Aramco's Law Organization is growing in response to a broad corporate initiative that involves the continued growth of its exploration, production, refining and marketing, along with expansion into petrochemicals, renewables, power and other sectors of the energy business.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will have:

Experience supporting a trading organization either in an in-house or outside counsel capacity in addition to six plus years of relevant experience with a sophisticated law firm or corporation. Specific experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: maritime or shipping, commercial transactions, governance, litigation, and compliance, risk management, environmental, human resources and technology.

Candidates must be currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the United States, Canada, or the European Union

Duties & Responsibilities:
