Eagle Ford Interventions Team Lead- Grade H Role Synopsis: So many oil and gas field operations are old school... want to change that? You will help us build a new operating model by leading an elite team of well site leaders and contractors to perform well intervention activities, frac hit mitigation, and will reduce the HSE risks of doing this work. You will utilize advanced tools to collect and analyze data, manage resource allocation, implement root cause failure analysis, and beat performance targets. Where automated tools don't already exist, you will collaborate with developers to build them. You will lead daily control of work, workover planning and execution including rod pump installation and repairs, gas lift installation and repairs, plunger installation and repairs, wireline surveillance, coil tubing cleanouts and frac hit mitigation. You will provide a strong, pragmatic voice to reducing cost of failures, well work related non-productive time, production deferment, and workover expense, while managing HSE risks and hazards from the business. You will optimize current work processes, improve or develop SOPs and checklists, train employees and third-party contractors, and ensure field work is performed safely, efficiently, and consistently. Let's talk.Key Accountabilities: The Interventions TL role is demanding and challenging and therefore requires an individual who has well developed interpersonal skills, is self-motivated, enables and drives team development, and is capable of working within a broader team to deliver continuous improvement to Eagle Ford operations• Responsible for development of safety culture of Intervention Team by personal behaviors, standards, verifications & coaching• Use a data-driven approach to optimize, modify, and deliver on Safety, Production, and Costs priorities across the business.
