BP has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior B2B Analyst to join our Fuels Marketing division reporting into the Offer Assurance Manager. Within this role, the successful candidate will liaise with Business Managers to execute sales and customer support plans by resolving customer operational issues, conducting account analysis, and supporting the implementation of future billing and pricing initiatives. Additionally, the Business Analyst is also responsible for assisting in key aspects of customer relationship management and understanding the customer's requirements.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a dynamic and varied Business Support and/or Commercial Analyst capacity. The day-to-day tasks within the role vary from validating master customer data, monitoring commercial pricing, providing expertise locally for sales support applications (including SAP) and analyse and execute process improvement activities. Due to the dynamic and diverse nature of the role, we require an outcome-focussed individual who possesses an analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Furthermore, the role demands a self-sufficient, driven individual with exceptional problem solving and remediation skills.

  • Computer literacy - Excel/SAP strongly desired
  • Tertiary qualification in a financial discipline is preferred, but not essential
