Role Summary:

The Continuous Improvement Leader will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Digital Solutions Operating System. This role will apply Enterprise Lean and other methodologies and tools to deliver operational improvements and significantly impact productivity, quality, profitability, and customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Continuous Improvement Leader, you will:
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify potential projects where process redesign or improvement can significantly impact business performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that process improvement projects support the business strategic priorities. Support project feasibility and business case development
  • Lead and drive, cross-functional complex process improvement projects and Kaizen events to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits
  • Assist the business in the development and deployment of key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitors performance and improvements in those key metrics
  • Track progress and value of improvement programs, maintain improvement deck and macro level improvement metrics, provide visibility to project status, and report out progress regularly to senior leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise
  • Develop & lead training on operational framework rollouts
  • Lead and facilitate Lean Action Workouts
  • Lead brainstorming, ideation, and rapid piloting sessions

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (US) (OR Higher National Certificate (UK))
  • Considerable experience, operations, projects, and/or quality
  • Considerable experience in process improvement, business operations or project management

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, as required

  • Experience applying Lean principles including value stream mapping
  • Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Process mindset with strong focus on implementing sustainable improvements
  • In depth knowledge of fulfilment business processes
  • Prior industry experience and familiarity with BH DS products and services
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills
