We are looking for an HR Analyst who will be the Superuser for all HR related systems including linkage to payroll systems. The current system is Microsoft 365 which interfaces with ADP as our leave and absence booking platform and payroll system. It is highly desirable that you have a working knowledge of these systems however consideration will be given to those who are experienced in the use of other HR information systems. Likewise experience of PowerBI would be advantageous however training can be provided.

To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail with a drive to make efficiencies and bring value for end users. You will be composed and able to maintain accuracy above time pressures. Advanced MS Excel Skills is essential as the role will entail migration of data and creation of regular and ad hoc reports. A knowledge of HR processes is again highly desired however passion to listen and learn is more important. You will be personable and be comfortable with training others.

The right candidate will be pro-active and be self directed to ensure outcomes are of high quality. You will also be able to show you are capable of working in a self-directed manner and to quickly and pro-actively assess priorities.
