My client in Saudi Arabia are recruiting for a Site Administrator on a contract basis. Rates negotiable.
Location: Jazan Project Offices - Jazan Construction Site - Saudi Arabia
" Reporting directly to the Site Project Manager
" Responsible for
o In general be responsible for the smooth running of the site office and for supporting the In Kingdom team.
o Provide Admin support to the site team, visitors and the Client as required. This shall include
" Clerical and typing support
" Filing and document management
" Managing the necessary office facilities such as stationary, office equipment etc.
" Managing facility bookings e.g. conference room use, video conferencing facilities
" Arrange car hire and vehicles as necessary
" Arrange dinners and lunches as requested by the Site Project Manager
" Provide any support, facilities or materials to ensure the proper religious practice for those on site
" Taking and writing up minutes of meetings as required by the Site Management team.
o Monitor the status of temporary visas and working arrangements for company and Third Country Nationals as necessary prior to formal issues of Iqamas or during the renewal process.
o Monitor and support the visa/Iqama process for site and IK personnel as required by the Site Project Manager and in conjunction with the Government Relations Officer (GRO).
o Ensure all necessary records are kept on visa status and renewal requirements
o Support the applications for driving licenses, tests etc.
o Lease with the GRO over any issues to do with the National and Local Police. This shall include but not be limited to
" Traffic accidents
" Behavioral issues
" Security issues
" Passes and access
o Provide support to visiting staff in the booking of suitable travel, in Kingdom transfers and travel and accommodation as necessary. This shall include supporting the documentation required and local negotiations.
