  • Conduct training need analysis to identify capability gaps.
  • Analyse capability gaps and develop sustainable strategies and manage training delivery which involve training registration, preparing training documents, logistics, etc.
  • Liaise with subject matter expert to ensure development programme meets operational and organisational capability requirements.
  • Analyse training evaluation and continuously look for ways to improve training programme to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Track and monitor staff capability development including assessment and propose mitigation plans to close the gaps thus increasing skill and competency level.
  • Implement various informal learning initiative such as mentoring, coaching, development workshop to accelerate staff's capability development.

 

Job Requirement

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalents.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years working experience in training and development preferable in Oils & Gas industry. Experience in managing staff capability development is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication, listening, writing and presentation skills.
