3 year contract residential in Qatar
Support Drilling & Completion Engineering with performance, cost and schedule analysis
Development & sustainment of technical tools
Prepare standard reports and databases for well documentation
Carry out SAP entries and generate reports from SAP and dashboards
Perform data quality checks for drilling & completion reports
Assist in preparing management internal reports and analysis.
Verification and validation of Vendor field/service tickets and associated charges
Carry out SAP entries and gernate reports from SAP and dashboards
Prepare reports, presentation etc for management and other stake holders.
Provide administrative support for the Drilling & Completion Department
Reports to Head of Drilling Engineering
Contact with end user departments from assigned business area, Finance, Projects, and other departments as required.
Contact with external contractors, vendors and 3rd party service providers
Build and support drilling department support tools including rig schedules, cost trackers, and performance analysis reports. Develop custom scripts to optimize tools
Administer user department LAN and SharePoint systems
Assist the Section staff in preparing documents and reports
Serve as interface between Engineering team and IT
Monitor technical databases and generate reports per Engineering team requirements
Support meetings, assisting in scheduling, preparation of minutes of meetings
Liaise with other groups within the Company to maintain effective documentation management and archiving requirements
Support the Engineers in building data analysis tools and generating performance reports
Provide programming solutions to Engineering & Cost analysis needs
Other specific duties related to Drilling Technical Administration as assigned by the Head of section
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent command of writt
