ADMIN ASSISTANT I (Human Resources) Ras Laffan

Primary Purpose of Job
To perform variety of HR Admin duties which require a wide range of skills and comprehensive knowledge of Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Manual of Authority, Work Instructions, Compensation Benefits and to protect QP's interest and employees' entitlements without any financial implications.

Minimum high school certificate. Good knowledge of MS office preferably with SAP HR module.

Experience & Skills
Excellent proficiency in oral/written English and preferably Arabic also honest, diligent and pleasant personality with high level of integrity and commitment to excellence. Ability to maintain extremely high degree of confidentiality. At least 4 years experience in HR department, preferably 2 years in Personnel Administration of a large Commercial or Industrial organization.
