Role Summary:

As a Lead Field Service Engineer for the Reuter Stokes product line, you are responsible for daily servicing and operations necessary to coordinate and efficiently support all activities associated with the assigned job scope. This includes participating in and overseeing all installations, maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, verification and servicing requirements of all field work inside of your account. Sound engineering practices will always be adhered to. Regular travel throughout North America is required

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Resource Management Specialist, you will:

  • A Lead Field Engineer will oversee a $MM portfolio of long term servicing agreements for the North America Measurement & Solutions product line
  • Manage and lead the daily execution of the service growth strategy for a portfolio of $MM SSAs in the Measurement & Solutions Servicing business. Specifically focusing on engineering and service solutions for the Reuter Stoles product line
  • Conduct field engineering work in compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and employee safety practices to include troubleshooting, installation, and/or maintenance of product line in accordance with the company's recommended procedures, methods and guidelines
  • Work closely with the Measurement & Solutions North America Region Commercial Team and other regional and functional leaders to ensure appropriate resource coverage and capability as well as identify opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for assigned regions/markets
  • Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence for assigned job scope
  • Timely completion of all administrative duties including but not limited to customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking
  • Proactively interface between all functions of the company and our customers concerning engineering, operational, and EHS challenges as applicable
  • Help grow, manage and drive SSA growth and execution across the US
  • Maintaining a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive, and professional approach
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, development, and guidance of less-experienced team members
  • Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance ability and willingness to be available to work "on-call" as required




  • BS Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical and / or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university with 5 years of leadership and operational experience in a dynamic industrial setting (OR High School Diploma with 9 years of leadership and operational experience in a dynamic industrial setting)
