Role Summary:

The CWI Resource Manager functions as the service delivery and operations coordinator, responsible for driving service delivery performance and productivity for CWI operations within the assigned location. The position works in close collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager within the location or region to drive consistency and execution excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product line service delivery performance within the location
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resource mix to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
    • Conduct readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team as necessary
  • Customer Engagement
    • Participate with in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts
    • Participate in high impact incident response with local customers
  • Drive Consistency
    • Ensure transactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycle process and content
    • Ensure trained and competent personnel perform each activity
    • Peer review full job package (job program and resource allocation) for critical wells (as nominated by clients or by recent high impact incidents)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    • Identify any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans to ensure compliance with global standards
    • Field incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions and closure
    • Monitor KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activity
    • Action any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvement
  • Drive Productivity
    • Execute on remote operations and/or multi-skilling strategy to drive service delivery productivity
  • Assign technical job planning and support resources to work with Service Delivery Coordinator to develop job programs in line with requirements
  • Coordinate direct field operations (pre-job preparation, personnel movements, logistics, billing), as follow:
    • Liaise with CWI Service Delivery Project Engineers on job planning and schedules
    • Liaise with customer's wells delivery teams to provide the technical expertise/advice on CWI activities
    • Operation Monitoring and Data Management
      • Coordinate daily monitoring of performance / progress during field operations
      • Monitor BH performance against agreed indicators, e.g. the quality and the cost effectiveness of the work
      • Coordinate job deployment readiness and monitoring preparation by aligning with AMO supervisor and Inventory coordinator.
  • Risk management for all CWI operations:
    • Work with Reliability Engineer, CWI Service Delivery Project Engineers and AMO Manager to define Risk Assessment of the job to be performed by Baker Hughes at the rig site
  • QA / QC and HSES management for all CWI operations:
    • Supervise and coordinate HSES management for CWI operations with the support of the HS&E Manager
    • Supervise and coordinate QA/QC management with support of CWI Quality Specialist and Reliability Engineer

  • Strong and prior field experience required in either of these CWI sub-product lines: lower completion and wellbore construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a global matrix organization
  • Thorough understanding of technical job planning requirements
  • Fluent Russian and English
