Role Summary:

The Kronos Analyst, on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team, coordinates, designs, builds, and implements Kronos-enabled time and attendance solutions. The successful candidate must leverage his / her hands-on experiences to build solutions that integrate time and attendance applications with the various ERPs, shop floor systems and administrative/professional workforces across Baker Hughes.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Kronos Analyst, you will:

 

  • Implement technical standards, resolve complex system issues
  • Effectively engage global teams and experts to build solutions with high impact to business and/or its customers
  • Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve IT issues for client leaders and end-users
  • Interpret, modify or produce documented IT application frameworks or architectures
  • Perform project-level design, debug and performance analysis
  • Work to improve incident reduction, simplification, process excellence, security and compliance


Qualifications/Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Science from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical experience as an Analyst on large scale Kronos applications
