RoleSummary :

The Aftermarket business in Flow & Process Technologies specializes in the distribution of spare parts, valve assembly and supply of full replacement units, field services and repairs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated Valve Product Lines. The Global Aftermarket business is committed to growth in the area of performance diagnostics, digital offerings and becoming a "services solutions" provider for our channels and end-users. The Aftermarket Business Sales Leader will be responsible to provide sales leadership and strategy for the Aftermarket business. In this role, the Aftermarket Business Sales Leader will develop sales initiatives, own the services orders operating plan and work with the Region General Manager and Global Aftermarket Business Leader to expand commercial offerings for the services business to include long-term contracts, frame agreements and diagnostic services commitments to drive growth in services orders and cultivate long-term customer relationships. This role will also lead a team of regional Technical Sales Managers that focus on selling digital offerings.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Aftermarket Business Sales Leader, you will:
  • Work with the Region Sales Executives, Aftermarket Business Leaders, and Sales Managers to establish orders and growth targets for the Aftermarket Services business
  • Develop strategies to drive long-term commitments with key customers through digital service offerings, services campaigns, and other aftermarket solution strategies
  • Leverage the broader team of resources available including key account managers, regional sales/channel managers and channel partners to secure service solution opportunities and orders
  • Grow installed base penetration and support of customers thru strategic commercial and life cycle management solutions
  • Work with the Regional Sales teams to define strategies for aftermarket service long-term contracts and diagnostic service solutions
  • Provide recommendations of future product enhancement or NPI investments and key marketing and trade show needs to grow market share
  • Provide management and oversight for the regional Technical Sales/Product Specialists
  • Provide regular updates of operating plan status, key commercial opportunities and other key metrics utilizing business tools including SFDC/Deal Machine, blue sheets, Tableau, etc.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors' degree in Automation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of sales experience and 5 years of experience in business management
  • Industry knowledge in Petrochemical or Power Generation in the Valve fields
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, as required
