Role Summary/Purpose

The Inside Sales Specialist adapts to maintain excellent relationship with external customers,

supports partners with commercial activities, gathering market data, demand detection, generate

and handle customer interest. Provide well defined interests to sales and various support services to BHGE Commercial teams, enabling them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality and providing a extreme customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries generated from websites, hotlines, SEO/SEM, e-Commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns via emails & outbound calls, provide the necessary support and record all required data and relevant information into data management systems/CRM tools (SFDC, Outreach, etc.).
  • Route requests to Sales managers/Channel partners according to the routing guide, keep track on the opportunities until it's closed (won, lost, cancelled), miding the SLA and conversion ratio.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Team conducting outbound calls to follow up open proposal, prepare quotes (small dollars) in order to take back orders and quickly follow up customer requests.
  • Support marketing team for organizing seminar, roadshow and other campaigns, provide on-site support when it's needed, follow up with registers/attendees via emails/calls to develop business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Initiate, build, maintain a strengthen relationships with customers and BHGE partners, promoting products and services via phone, email and other channels as required. Identify sales opportunities and collect market intelligence for later sharing internally.
  • Conduct analysis/reports/slides on monthly basis
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to BHGE business partners and customers (internal/external).
  • Achieve daily, quarterly and annual targets
  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
  • Manage and prioritize workload across multiple countries and stakeholders in different time zones and cultures

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Customer focused, commercial skills and professionalism to interact with internal and external customer
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication - both with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work in a team or individually if required
  • Proficient end-user IT skills including SFDC, MS Office and Outlook
