Assist the Finance department by performing clerical duties. Compile information and records, maintain information, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Print and scan invoices for the Account Payable clerks.
- Maintain organized appearance of workspace.
- Perform other clerical duties such as typing, making copies, preparing outgoing mail, sending emails, etc. as assigned.
- Demonstrated progress towards a high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
