Our client, one of the largest LNG producers in the world, are looking to recruit a Business Support Specialist to work in Qatar.
Plans and implements Contract strategies, establish process and procedures, develop management information systems for the MP &SS Division. Provide all the business support activities including quality control and coordinate system improvement initiatives for the MP & SS Division.
Responsible for establishing process & procedures and manage information system for Major Project & SS contracting activity and interface documents.
Plan and implement procurement and contract strategies, monitor the tender progress and prepare reports.
Prepare Management Information Report as & when necessary and as requested by the management. Gather data, prepare reports or summarize information including potential delays and recommended mitigation.
Utilize KPI Measures, monitor & review to ensure that progress is in line with plan. Support HOC (MP & SS) for identifying gaps & propose corrective action wherever necessary for continuous improvement, individual and department performance.
Managing benchmarking, leveraging on best practices worldwide in O&G sector for improving service levels by gathering information through contacts, visits and shareholder experiences.
Assist HOC for development of realistic Annual procurement plan for contracts for Services by reviewing & analysing SAP database and to develop tender strategies. Continuous review with users to ensure alignment with the procurement plan.
Identify improvement opportunities in the Division, develop action plan and implementation. As & when required, provides guidance and input to the SAP R/3 MM software development.
Review and ensure quality control and compliance to the governance for all documents prepared by MP &SS.
Manage interface with MP & SS Division and various Projects and Subsurface team and assist HOC in the preparation of reports and presentations.
