Construction Manager

Kintec Recruitment is currently seeking a Construction Manager for a permanent position working with our client, a leading German Oil & Gas engineering company, in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall processing of projects and proposals from the office
Carrying tasks related to assembly preparation and supervision
Planning, controlling and managing the construction processes for multiple disciplines (e.g. solid construction, steel construction, piping)
Ensuring compliance with the required safety and quality standards
Completion of all construction preparation tasks at the office
Ownership of all construction activities at the office and preparations for construction site
Constructability considerations, etc

Main Requirements:

Degree in relevent engineering discipline (mechanical, civil, structural etc)
Minimum 5- 10 years experience in construction as site manager or supervisor with experience in commissioning preferred.
Good knowledge of plant construction in the oil and gas or (petro)chemicals sector
Availability to travel both nationally and internationally for business trips on an adhoc basis
Very good German & English knowledge

Additional Information:

The position will be offered on an indefinite local staff contract
Expected salary package €90,000 - €100,000 per annum
