Role Summary:

The Business Process Leader (BPL) role will be responsible for helping to lead the implementation of the Baker Hughes Accounts Payable processing tool within the OFS Product Company (PC). The BPL will partner with the Accounts Payable Initiatives Leader, product company, Digital Technology, and various stakeholders to create and implement best in class tool-based process across BH.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Business Process Leader, you will:
  • OFS Product Company functional lead supporting the Accounts Payable Initiatives Leader with overall project implementation
  • Drive standard global process adaption and help identify impact areas in terms of GAP/Fit as it relates to the supported Product Company
  • In collaboration with the site functional SME, drive & own UAT for all sites tied to the supported Product Company
  • Identify comprehensive list of end users and super users at each site level
  • Customize global training documents for the Product Company and train site functional SME, end users and super users to drive end user training support
  • Drive business readiness projects to improve current process state and identify by change projects
  • Primary data cleansing responsibilities and cutover activities
  • Become the Product Company SME and first level of support post go live
  • Proactively monitor risks and issues: own escalations, mitigation and initiatives necessary for corrective actions
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management to drive buy in, engagement, change, and funding; push global standards & demonstrate Go Lean to Stay Fast principles
  • Use experience gained in roll-outs to shape enhancements and improvements for future roll-outs and functionality

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sourcing / procurement and / or project management

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Travel up to 30% of the time, as required

Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable and / or Sourcing process and activities within the OFS business
  • Understanding of the full spectrum of the buy to pay processes
  • Understanding of SAP and / or Oracle
  • Strong change management and facilitation skills
  • Drive to closure and execution skills including persistent drive for results utilizing sound communication and problem-solving skills
