15-20 years experience offshore projects - 
  • Develop conceptual process solutions
  • Advise on technical issues during preparation and negotiations of proposals
  • Prepare resource plans to ensure suitable resources are available to execute the works
  • Manage and lead a multi-disciplined engineering team in the execution of activities in project work scope
  • Ensure that specifications, standards, quality and safety requirements are fulfilled
  • HAZID, HAZOP reviews
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 10 years engineering experience in oil and gas industry
  • Wide multi discipline understanding
  • Good knowledge of plant and piping layout as well as module fabrication
  • Use of 3D-CAD modelling systems
  • Fluent in English
  • HSE and quality conscious
  • Customer oriented
  • Assertive, enthusiastic and creative leadership
  • Reasonable network within the oil and gas industry
