Our client is a manufacturer who is looking Safety & Health Advisor in South of Wales

Duties:

" 50% field and 50% office work
" Providing advice on safety & health standards and systems
" Coaching and supporting teams in safe systems of work and permitting, risk assessment and method statements, ability to redraft where required
" Conducting SH audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards, unsafe acts and conditions and proposing, implementing remedial actions
" Strong role model with the ability to influence a positive SH culture across all levels of the organisation
" Manage Safety databases, prepare and communicate SH performance reports
" Developing and delivering training

Qualification

" NEBOSH certificate or higher
