Job Role Summary (Duties/Responsibilities)
Coordinate, oversee and manage production-related activities and processes in accordance with relevant procedures and best practices, as well as operating meetings, safety meetings, daily operation follow-ups, and control of measurements and data obtained, to ensure production is in line with the established plan.
Oversee and visually inspect wellsite installations, flow stations and production facilities, and review field reports, data obtained and measurements in support of production operation continuity.
Make monthly field production reports.
Coordinate, oversee and manage small-scale projects to improve well site installations in order to facilitate and allow continuity of production operations.
Coordinate, oversee and manage the assembly and/or disassembly of mechanical pumping units.
Coordinate, oversee and manage the implementation of the remote monitoring system in wells, tanks, compressors and pneumatic injections kids.
Make reports and prepare all necessary supporting documentation to bill supplies, jobs and services to the client.
Enter all necessary requirements to execute jobs and render field services, and/or purchase materials or equipment (PR - Purchase Requisition) in the SAP accounting system.
Supervise the update of materials and services received in the warehouse/field, in the SAP accounting system.
Make observations about deviations found in the field/office.
Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor within a field of competence that is in the best interest of the organization.
Comply and enforce quality, health, safety and environment standards and act proactively with regards to BHI's Integrated Management System.
Job Responsibilities (Skills/Knowledge)
Well production measurements and testing.
Management of production and maintenance crews for wells and facilities.
Knowledge of all activities and tools associated with pulling unit and/or workover rig operations.
Control and management of environmental incidents (leaks, filtrations and spills).Interdependent HS&E Culture.
Knowledge in preparation of access roads, wellsites and well pads, small-scale civil and mechanical work.
Technical and economic evaluation of projects. Cost analysis.
