The Iraq Finance Manager will provide finance and growth leadership to BH businesses in Iraq with focus on cash collections, controllership, commercial finance and financing support for key deals. The incumbent will provide leadership to drive significant improvement to the operating performance with the goal of supporting past dues reduction, orders growth, and compliance.
One-to-one partnering with Country Director and local product company finance and operations teams to drive business growth and performance.
Act as champion for past dues reductions across product companies.
One-stop finance representative towards the Director and internal and external stakeholders for all finance activities
Close Cooperation with the region and local leadership team.
Hold rhythms and create synergies between the product companies' finance and operations teams.
Drive relationship with customer key finance leadership teams across all divisions.
Develop strong relationships with banks and TBI to create visibility and ability to drive actions with banks on incoming or outgoing payments.
Effectively manage and coordinate all commercial finance activities across the country.
Provide analysis of risks and opportunities around deals and past dues and create the required level of visibility to the leadership and facilitate driving the change.
Ensure integrity and compliance is upheld throughout the processes and activities.
Support cash initiatives and full stream opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience.
Ability to set collections targets and lead operations and finance teams to achieve targets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial results.
Innovative and able to come with out-of-the-box solutions to past dues and other finance issues.
Clear thinker, problem solver and strategic thinker.
Proven track record in working with senior management and stakeholders in diverse international and cross-cultural organization.
Solid presentation and PC skills with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communications skills across multiple levels; executive, functional and regional with ability clearly communicate complex financial information and ideas in an easy to understand manner.
High level of integrity and accept adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
