We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Diversity & Inclusion Division (D&ID) of Management & Professional Development Department.
Saudi Aramco has established a new approach to Diversity and Inclusion and will be implementing new initiatives that will have an impact across the company. This position is for a program lead who will be responsible for the execution of some of these initiatives with an enterprise-wide impact.
The Management and Professional Trainer's primary role is to become a subject matter expert, facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, lead learning programs, and manage projects and events. The successful candidate will inspire participants to acquire new knowledge and skills and actively disseminate them into the workplace.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field in the area of Social Sciences. Professional certification in learning and development is a plus.
You will have a minimum of ten (10) years for Bachelor Degree candidates in a professional capacity; including some supervisory experience, of which five years should have been in applied HRD operations.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills, especially in dealing with people at all levels of client organizations.
Experience in facilitating diversity and inclusion interventions.
High level of cultural competence and cultural agility, especially as relates to working in Saudi culture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Execute D&ID's strategy of talent development and influencing mindsets.
Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness.
Research Diversity & Inclusiveness content and able to translate to strategic vision as well as model execution.
Provide professional internal consultations to line management on dealing with talent development and D&I issues covering most phases of the D&I function from initial inquiry and research through implementation to evaluation and follow-up.
Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to colleagues on talent development and D&I matters.
Mentor and coach, on an as-needed basis, professionals, leaders and future leaders.
Continually gain up-to-date knowledge and best practices on leadership and diversity and inclusion areas.
Participate in and direct operations of talent development and D&I functions and activities in every company location in and out of Kingdom as required.
Direct work of professional trainers and assigns work to paraprofessional/clerical staff members.
Research and recommend to the unit head innovations and modifications of present programs or introduction of new ones
Be an effective team member who consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.
Be a model of the corporate values and the Saudi Aramco way.
Performs other management and professional development activities as directed by the division.
Assist in the development of new courses of instruction and review the current curriculum for future fit and use, as needed.
