Job Requirements: 
  • Have 5 years' of experiences as Finance assistant focusing in Account Payable 
  • Graduated from reputable top 10 universities, majoring in Finance, Accounting or any related degree. Master degree will be a plus 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willing to be located in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Timur with Roster Schedule 
  • Have good administrative skill and attention to details 
  • Familiar with Ms. Office and other related Application and system

 
Job Description: 
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
