  • Direct Report to Country Director and dotted line to ASEAN Finance Director
  • Lead and oversee Finance & Logistics teams including coordinating and managing the purchase ordering and warehouse function.
  • In charge of Accounts Receivable collection.
  • Check and review Product pricing component and calculation and sales margin
  • Support HR & office administration including the general management and smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the monthly financial close & reporting process:
  • Inventory and sales reconciliation
  • Post and process AR, AP, journals entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and perform account reconciliations
  • Issue invoices & support collection
  • Preparation of financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
  • Account analysis and preparation of financial reporting (HFM) to Management
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports in adherence to reporting calendar.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and guidelines, and local laws, rules and regulations
  • Prepare short term and long term and annual plans and budgets, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on these plans and budgets.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary etc.
  • Responsible to maintain all legal documents of the company include maintenance of accounting, tax and corporate files and records.

  • Aligning with and supporting regional services, actively contribute in setting actions and targets
  • Provide accounting leadership in integrating current and future acquisitions
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects, HR and Admin related tasks as and when required by the Management.
  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, leave management, payroll and the overall HR operations functions
  • Execute the end to end recruitment activities including screening of CVs, interview arrangement, salary proposal and negotiation and onboarding of candidates
  • To prepare employment movement letters; examples and not limited to promotion, transfer, increment, bonus and termination
  • Support in the overall payroll management and benefits administration process

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to stick to time constraints
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Hands-on and able to handle full set of accounts, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) an advantage
