Kintec Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a staff position in Germany.

The role will be working with our client, a leading German engineering contractor in the field of plant engineering and construction, and will be based full time in Düsseldorf.

Main Responsibilities:

Leadership of small project teams for electrical engineering
Responsibility for basic and detailed design
Preparation of electrical specifications, data sheets and material requisitions
Responsibility for network calculations, earthing, lightning protection and illumination systems
Supporting during the construction and commissioning phases


Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, with focus on power systems
Minimum 8 years' experience as an electrical engineer in EPC projects for the oil & gas, (petro) chemical or power sectors.
Experience in both Medium and High Voltage projects
Business fluent in German and English
Extensive knowledge of national and international standards (i.e. VDE, IEC, EN)
Knowledge in ETAP, NEPLAN, AVEVA and Smart Plant desirable.
