Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for an Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals for a Service Delivery Business Process Representative. The purpose of this position is to support sales and operations by reviewing and optimizing key customer accounts. The candidate will have field operations exposure in Downstream Chemicals and have cross product line and customer interactions to understand the customer's needs and ensuring that OIC is using Value Creation to defend, grow, and leverage new business.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • New account planning
  • Establishing account KPIs and setting targets - Revenue/Profit/Inventory/DSO Targets
  • Review & Improve account/area profitability
  • Understanding customer requirements and track Value Creation
  • Estimate the full economic benefit to the customer
  • Highlight ways our products/applications/technologies differentiate us from the competition
  • Communicate the BHGE product and services value message to all buyer types
  • Liaise between multifunctional teams for Value Creation proposals
  • Use case histories and technical articles to build your case

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Downstream Chemicals sales, operations, technical, and P&L management experience
  • Assist with development of short- and long-range sales goals
  • Well Organized and expertise in developing market strategies for OIC products and effectively growing revenue and profits
  • Proven record of customer interactions, sales, and support
  • Strong communication skills and drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel 30% within USA and internationally
  • Valid TWIC or ability to obtain TWIC

Desired Characteristics:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of appropriate company products/application and services to customer requirements and competitive market in the scope of responsibility
  • Customer-focused and process oriented
  • Should be able to relate to different professional and working types within Operations and other functional areas.
  • Ability to work in varied environments (office and field)
  • MS Office, SAP, MS Project, Mind Genius, Clarity, and StarLIMS software experience preferred
