We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Salesforce Administrator to join our team supporting our global Salesforce.com CRM.

 

This is a highly visible role and perfect for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who can perform as a Salesforce.com SME and own & optimize a platform for a rapidly growing global organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations)

• Work with business development team to understand business requirements and provide accurate reports and dashboards

• Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and feature changes

• Improve and enhance global Salesforce.com CRM platform

• Assist and train users (technical and non-technical) and troubleshoot issues

• Select, implement, and integrate technology tools & best practices

• Document system processes and standard operating procedures

 

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical & non-technical colleagues, executive management

• Good communication skills (written and oral)

• Hands-on experience with page layouts, record types, assignment rules, workflow, custom objects & fields, out bound messages, data loader, Salesforce for Outlook

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• 3-5 years' Salesforce.com Administration experience in an enterprise environment or 5-7 years with no degree

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject

• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification Required
