Project Engineer/Quality Lead
Background in Refineries pressure containing equipment (Pressure Vessels, Process Piping)
Technical review of P.O's for vessel and piping fabrication,
Attend prefabrication meetings and monitoring the engineering vendor surveillance program.
Manufacturer's ITP and Quality Control Plans development or review
Support the quality requirements in contracts and tendering processes. This includes conducting a technical review of P.O's for vessel and piping fabrication, evaluation and assessment of quality elements, clarification with bidders and on-site evaluation (if required)
Support development and implementation of Project Quality Delivery Plan (overall integration of all project quality-related processes, i.e. technical quality assurance, construction quality, fabrication quality, ITPs, inspection, lessons learned, quality incident reporting & alerts, etc.
Provide quality input to project plans, risk register, and technical specifications
Support the Project Quality Management Review
Support monitoring of project quality KPIs and reporting of project quality performance
Development and management of mitigation actions required for Lessons learned and flaws
Development and implementation of audit and review program.
In-depth knowledge of ASME BVPC and B31.3
5 years of experience as Quality Control at ASME-U/PP certified manufacturer
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
15 years in the Oil and Gas downstream refineries construction Quality Control Roles.
