Activities ? To promote safety culture within the project and his activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. ? To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities. ? To work by anticipation. ? With the spirit of One TOTAL values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects. ? To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives. ? To keep all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To report any area of concern at the soonest in order to enable to implement a corrective action rapidly. ? To ensure that lessons learnt and REX are properly captured and transmitted to HSEQ all along the assignment. Logistics for personnel ? To be the facilitator and the coordinator for obtaining visas: preparation of the LOI, coordination with the TEPA visa entity. ? To coordinate with the assistants in France, Norway and Angola for all the missions that are organized in Angola, from outside (all countries: France, Norway, Brazil, Malaysia, etc.) and from Angola to outside. The purpose is to get all the details about the missions (Mission orders, flight tickets, etc.). ? To be the coordinator for the logistics in Angola between Luanda airport and final destination. ? To be the facilitator and the coordinator for the reservation of the restauration/accommodation in Luanda (Chicala). ? To be the facilitator and the coordinator for the organization of the missions offshore: coordination for the maritime derogation, validation of the mission with the planner of the concerned area and with the RSES of the site concerned. ? To ensure that all the people who plan to go offshore are recorded in PTS after having collected the proper documentation for that (medical certificate, BOSIET, Golden rules´ certificate). ? To book the surfer seats for the missions offshore. ? To book a SVP car for the transportation to and from SONILS, in the frame of the missions offshore. ? To be the facilitator and the coordinator for the missions out of Angola: visas, hotel booking, flight booking. ? To write or consolidate the procedures for the Logistics for personnel. ? To ensure that PBF personnel register and dossiers, rotation schedule, visitors register, etc. are properly maintained. ? To be in charge of the PBF POB follow-up in Angola. That includes all the personnel whatever the location. ? To assist HR team in the preparation of reporting/indicators related to Personnel (as defined by HR team). ? To ensure that there is no problem in the management of the contracted personnel who come in mission or in rotation in Angola, by their companies. Logistics for material ? To support the PBF LOGISTICS COORDINATOR in the process of checking and expediting of the exoneration letters for the material and equipment delivered in Angola by PBF Contractors. To take the lead on the subject in absence or non-availability of the LOGISTICS COORDINATOR. ? To support the PBF LOGISTICS COORDINATOR in his activities related to Logistics for material. Context and environment ? PBF is the TEPA brownfield Project division, and benefits of a matrix organization. It manages Projects from Basic Engineering to Start-up / Hand-over to Field Operations teams. ? The nature of the brownfield Projects, with most of the execution offshore activities performed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the Projects (co-activities with other Projects & Maintenance activities, minimization of shortfalls -production/injection-, ...). ? PBF manages EPC contracts with major international Contractors including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore construction & installation in Angola (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors). ? Brownfield environment, with all Site(s) activities carried out in SIMOPS mode. ? Lot of interfaces & synergies (within PBF & outside - FO teams notably-). ? Resident in Luanda. Accountabilities ? To manage the Logistics for personnel within PBF. ? To adopt & to demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to : • HSEQ rules & requirements • Company Ethics & "Code of Conduct" policy ? To deliver high quality documents as per defined planning enabling to guarantee a good practical and theoretical hand-over to the FO permanent teams. ? To ensure satisfactory interfaces & Communication with Operations teams (LDA & Sites). ? To respect & to commit on planning. Qualifications/Experience required ? Professional experience in Logistics especially Logistics for personnel. ? Good knowledge of oil and gas industry. ? Good coordination, leadership & communication skills.
