Role Summary/Purpose:

Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing business development strategy across ALS Product Line in Argentina.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • This position will be a direct & functional support of ALS business segment, translate concepts, develop strategy, and implement change.
  • Provide leadership, advice and counsel to ALS senior management in support of business strategies.
  • Key responsible person to detect & develop market opportunities.
  • Lead and conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability for ALS Product Line.
  • Work with partners to grow market share.
  • Lead business planning.
  • Support ALS Integration Process as Strategic Thinking.
  • Integrate efforts with senior management to develop overall business strategies.
  • Develop and track business development budget.
  • Must ensure that he develops constant and key relationships with Senior Management to materialize all opportunities. Customer intimacy with key accounts for ALS


Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 10 additional years in Oil & Gas Market focused on ALS market.
