Position Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Consultant to join the Strategic Studies & Market Analysis Division (SS&MA) in Saudi Aramco's Crude Oil Sales & Marketing Department (COSMD), located in Dhahran.

The Strategic Studies & Market Analysis Division (SS&MA) is responsible for providing support to the business through the following functions: Market Analysis, Strategy, Planning, Performance Monitoring & Reporting, and Data Management.

You will be responsible for the market development of Arabian crude oil and for the negotiation of crude oil sales contract terms within a particular area of assignment. This includes but not limited to analyzing the global oil market and providing solutions that serve the department and the company.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering from a recognized and approved program. A relevant advanced degree in economics, energy, or MBA may also be an advantage.

You will have ten years of experience in oil marketing, sales, trading, refinery optimization, or supply planning. Supervisory, or managerial experience, as well as, familiarity with refinery linear programming or investment financial modeling are also desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Identify crude sales opportunities and develop markets for Arabian crude oil.

Make contact with potential buyers, develop, and negotiate price, delivery, and quality and quantity terms for term, spot, or incremental sales for Arabian crude oil.

Maintain relationship with existing clients, handle contract negotiations, and discuss necessary cutbacks in contracted deliveries to meet production quota requirements or possible changes in client nominations.

Monitor crude pricing, relative crude values and other market trends in the area of assignment.

Coordinate with the regional offices to ensure that customer crude delivery requirements are met.
