Role Summary:

Baker Hughes is hiring a District Manager for Williston Basin Chemicals Operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of Field Operations, Warehouse/Distribution, and Sales professionals servicing the upstream oil and gas market in North Dakota and Eastern Montana.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading all aspects of District Operations: HSE performance, service delivery/quality, and District P&L
  • Will regularly interface with customers to ensure alignment of customer needs with Baker Hughes deliverables
  • Will serve as liaison between local Operations team and R&D/Technology/Ops Support teams in Williston, Basin HQ
  • Will lead Sales team in bid/tender responses and set the tone and agenda for Sales strategy
  • Will optimize resources (trucks, warehouses, inventory) to drive margin improvement


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years in upstream chemicals sales / service, or other applicable experience
  • Ability to travel in-basin up to 40%, some overnights, some out of state travel required
