Role Summary:

The Production Enhancement Service Delivery Manager (Global Rotator) manages the overall execution and service delivery for an assigned project, area and/or portfolio of products and services on specific company assignments. Ensures that BHGE maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for the assigned area.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • •Lead and represent BHGE leadership on special projects and assignment around the globe
  • •Assignments might go from management positions to "hands on" operations as needed
  • •Assignments might include leading role in startup operations, cover special needs on existing operations, and support local teams on specific focus area for improvement or any other assigned
  • •Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery on the projects assigned and ensuring HSE and Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
  • •Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility or any assigned projects
  • •Collaborate with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity), readiness of the organization and define paths for execution and success
  • •Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
  • •Develop local teams in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
  • •Ensure all activities are carried out according to Baker Hughes non-negotiables and cultural pillars


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university
  • •Minimum 10 yrs Industry experience and minimum 5+ years of relevant operations management experience
  • •Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
  • •Proven ability to effectively influence andestablish credibility with senior leaders
  • •Proven experience on P&L management andfinancial knowledge
  • •Up to 50% traveling to specificglobal locations on assigned projects


Desired Characteristics:
  • •Preferred prior experience includes roles suchas: field/remote engineer,applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator
  • •Strong Production Enhancement Technicalknowledge.
  • •Onshore and Offshore PE knowledge and experience.
  • •Project Management
