Primary Purpose of Job

Coordinate, support and provide secretarial, administrative & system support services to the manager and department staff and coordinate all general administrative functions, departmental budget requirements, contract requirements and utilization maintaining office confidentiality and also involve in document control activities with latest technology and QP standard.


• Diploma or equivalent.

Experience & Skills

• 5 years experience in senior secretarial / administrative positions

.• Computer literate in English with MS office applications, Lotus Notes, SAP Materials Management Module & External Service Module and e-applications

.• Excellent oral/written English communication skills along with good interpersonal skills, good editing capabilities. Written / spoken Arabic is an advantage.

• Good organizational skills.
